Guiding principle

“Honey is flammable and is a product of warmth, of blossoms that lean towards the sun. As ‘collected sun love’, it helps to regulate the human warmth organism.” (Reinhard, Jürg. Sanfte Heilpraxis, p. 26–28).

Honey is a food made from the nectar of blossoms collected by honey bees, converted into bee food and stored in hexagonal honeycombs.
The sugar in honey has the ability to crystallize and give shape to the human organism, e.g., in wound healing.

What honey is able to do for the organism can be observed in wound treatment: it intervenes in a variety of ways in the metabolism and even promotes metabolism in chronic wound healing processes.
It is the diversity of ingredients in honey that forms the basis for its broad effectiveness.  In particular, its ability to bind water, its strong antimicrobial effect and its granulation-promoting properties are valued in wound treatment. Honey thus presents itself as an aid to reintegrating sluggish and too independent metabolic processes into upbuilding and healing processes.
